Great customer service and very accommodating staff. Don't even think of renting in expensive Manhattan when you can hop on the path and come here. Great people great cars.
Alex was great at communicating with us during the week to confirm our booking, then super helpful when we came to pick up our minivan. We really appreciated his flawless customer service and only wish all car rental experiences could be this smooth.
I like the service. Very nice staff that ive met. The veh are clean. The prices are very affordable compared to nyc and to go along with it they give you a survey that take 10% off your next rental. They are all helpful as well. I would recommend this location. Its convenient for me since i work close by. I come often to rent only here. I am an express member so the wait time to get a rental is not long.
Excellent experience. Collected the car later than stated but that wasn't a problem after having called. We got a free upgrade and the car looked and felt brand new. Although rental was through other website, all information came through smoothly. I can definitely recommend this!

Dislike rhe fact that the counter staff keeps recommendin additional items at additional fees so that inital price quote is less than half of final rental cost.
