It is the slowest building department I've ever been to. Every time I am here it is crowded and the wait time is 3-4 hours.
Very slow and crowded. They need more people working in that department and a larger waiting room with big chairs and a tv for the long 6 hour wait.
Shanda was a great help today! She was able to answer my questions and didn't cold forward my call. She took the time to help locate the specific information I needed. She was also able to assist me with the proper numbers I needed for specific departments. Courteous and professional!
